The Order Process

  • How do I order?

Ordering is simple. For Landlines, all you need to do is to decide if you need “Just” a line, a line and a handset, and if you need Internet access. For Mobile, our website guides you through the choices and completes the payment and ordering process for you.

  • How long is it from signing up to having a working service?

Realistically, we can have your line up and working in a few days. There are a couple of things that can take a little longer though - such as if you choose to move your existing  numbers across. In reality, that does not delay things, as we simply divert your numbers until such time as they are “ported” (see the porting section of the FAQ document)

  • What is the setup process?

For landlines, we do everything in our offices, to set up your service. We then ship the equipment to you and you plug it in - it’s as simple as that. There is no engineer required. you have one box that does it all and just one power lead. You plug your phone into our box and you are then ready to go.

  • How is PhonesForSeniors so affordable - should I be suspicious?

For Landlines, the most expensive thing about having a line installed by BT or OPENREACH is the engineering visit needed to install it, as well as all of the cabling. We don’t need a site engineer as we are a 1 box ‘plug-and-play’ solution, and we don’t need lots of cabling.

With our Mobile deals, we have simply negotiated a great deal with carriers and there are  no supermarkets or shops taking their profit from you.
