How Our Mobile Service Works

  • What is the PhonesForSeniors Mobile service?

    Some customers do not wish to have a Landline and wish to use only a mobile phone. This is why we created PhonesForSeniors Mobile, a flexible mobile phone service with features created especially for Senior users and devices aimed to assist those with complex requirements such as Hearing or Visibility issues.

  • What exactly does the mobile bundle include?

    Each of our £9.99 Unlimited SIMs includes truly unlimited calls to UK landlines, The main 4 UK mobile Carriers (02, Vodafone, EE and 3) and all UK Mobile SMSs are included in your monthly payment. 

  • What about roaming?

    Our bundle allows you to ‘roam like you are at home’ in 43 European countries. This means that you can use your included call and SMS without restriction. You can use up to 20GB of your optional data allowance in these territories. It is also possible to buy daily bundles of roaming minutes across the rest of the world for a fixed daily fee, if needed.

  • What Mobile phones can I choose?

    You can choose from a range of special phones we have, including those with features for people with hearing or sight impairments - see HERE for details.


  • What exactly does the bundle include?

    All of our Landlines include unlimited free calls to UK Landline numbers and to the main 4 Mobile Providers (EE, Vodafone, O2 and 3 Mobile). There is also no cost to you if someone calls you.

  • Can I use my mobile on holiday?

    Yes, as long you are travelling within your enabled area

  • Are PhonesForSeniors mobile contracts 18 or 24 months like everyone else?

    No! We have a minimum agreement of just 90 days and all you need to do to cancel is give 30 days' notice after that.

  • How many Calls and SMS are included?

    All our SIMs include truly unlimited calls to UK landlines, The main 4 UK mobile Carriers (02, Vodafone, EE and 3) and all UK Mobile SMSs are included in your monthly payment. 

  • What are my Internet access options with PhonesForSeniors Mobiles?

    We have 3 options; No Internet (voice and SMS only), Light use (4GB per month) and Unlimited with 650 GB per month (yes that’s right GigaByte not Megabytes)

  • Am I able to call anywhere in the world?

    Optional International calling needs to be enabled and you can buy bundles

  • Am I protected from Fraud and misuse?

    Because your account is automatically given truly unlimited calls to UK landlines, The main 4 UK mobile Carriers (02, Vodafone, EE and 3) and all UK Mobile SMSs in your monthly payment, you can’t get caught out by fraud. If you opt to allow other non-inclusive destinations, you will need to be cautious to prevent misuse if your phone is stolen or used without your permission, as you will be charged for optional calls.
