About Porting Landline Numbers

  • Can I bring my current landline number to my new line?

Yes - this is a standard included feature of our Home Line product. You simply provide some details in a simple form and then our team do all of the administration and communication with suppliers. The process typically takes 2 working weeks and until the numbers port, we simply divert your calls to the new platform.

  • What is porting?

Porting is transferring calls from one supplier who bills you to us. Once a port is completed, you stop paying them line rentals and your calls are delivered onto our platform

  • Who liaises with my current provider?

Once we have the right information from you about the line numbers involved and the current billing arrangements, then it is in the hands of our project team.

  • What if I want to leave PhonesForSeniors? Can I take my numbers back?

Yes - When you leave us you simply ask your new provider to port your number to them.
